Taylor Curtis was running a big single last year at the surf slam, not sure if it was xscream or ada power but it was one of the big pv motors.

I bought that engine. The single really tames down the power. It makes it much smoother...great fir surf, but not for flat. He was running a sbn 46 on a Wamiltons/protec Mani with carbon reeds. I swapped out for dual 46 on a boyesen and it really sharpened up the engines response.

I have a BJ 48mm on a ss 727cc motor - nice but I think the hit was stronger with slightly modded oems...., the good thing is that the ski starts perfectly and does not load up at all...
