Nick, I don't know much about those setups, but I've heard good things about the BCW manifold. Seems to me it was the "preferred" manifold for that arrangement. Better runner shape and flow compared to others available. FWIW...

Nick, The BCW flavor is supposed to have a lot more area (ie; better flow) than Riva and others (except ATP). That's why I bought it originally but I can't speak to how important that really is?

Nick, I am no expert but what I heard from one is that the spacer plate is essential for low tension reeds to avoid crank turbulence flutter...hence better function and extend the life of the reeds...

but that spacer doesn't space the reeds any differently. that spacer only really extends the intake track runners. As far as I can tell at least. :dunno:

you are correct... I added a riva spacer in there too... that way it actually moves the reeds further away. the other blue part is just an adapter.

Sorry to go off topic here, but would it be easier if I just started casting 1 peice intake manifolds for 62T motors? I can bump production up a month or two if there is a demand. I'm serious about this.

Hell yes. I'm in.

Nick, little suggestion...Matt at ADA states it's a good idea to put silicon around the girdle studs at the cylinder base to keep water and dirt out....I did and it seals it up real nice...Chucky even uses o-rings for a seal....
