Freestyle Single to dual cooling.... HELP!

I am only running a single cooling setup. dont need dual. with the dual outlets on the head can i run one line to the stinger w/ FCV with a T to a pisser and the second line off the head to the bottom of the head pipe. off the top of the head pipe i would run it straight to a pisser. How do yall recommend restricting water flow?

I agree that dual cooling is not necessarily needed for your setup, but I would run it as a safety precaution. It has saved me having the extra line more than once. Definitely run it!

Assuming you have a b-pipe or exhaust with similar setup: Two lines coming from the pump, one to your existing inlet and the other a newly drilled and tapped inlet. One pisser from the head and another line running from the head to the fitting on the front of the pipe where it bolts to the manifold. The fitting on the bottom of the head pipe next to the rubber coupler, run a line from there to the fitting on the stinger of the chamber with a T to a pisser. Run a Jetworks inline after the T and before the stinger fitting. The screw settings on the B-Pipe your on your own just make sure at least one is open.

anyways... kinda lost focus on here... here is the deal. dual cooling lines coming from the pump. single inlet on the manifold. I do not want to drill and tap another inlet (really really dont want to unless i have to) have an ada girdled head (dual outlet) with pipe as stated above... suggestions on how to run plumbing?

If you don't want to set up the second cooling lines, you have 2 choices...

A) don't use the second fitting on the pump. Connect the second cooling fitting on the pump to the bilge Venturi on your steering nozzle. It will blast the water straight out the back. If your nozzle doesn't,t have one, connect it elsewhere. Or you can get a brass plug (threaded with a hex head) and plug the second fitting.

B) put a t inside you hull b/t the pump and the motor. Your 2 lines in will t to become a single line into your manifold.

Now that I've answered your questions, I'm going to give you my 2cp

Do it right, tap the manifold, run 2 lines from the pump and install a second pisser.

If you can afford a mag pump, you can afford a manifold tap.

There are cooling diagrams in the tech faqs section.
