Scotty.... you know better than to even entertain that thought.
I'm w/ the dual cooling peeps...

What's the benefit of that?

when you run single cooling dont you T/Y the main line in into BOTH halves of the FPP mani???

if you just go into one side you'll have one side of the mani that is way hotter than the other......

and saki, that doesnt make it start easier......however, if you solder a D battery inline with your main hot to the battery, it'll give ya an extra couple of volts which WILL make it start quicker :cool2:

i would like to add to your threadjack, chucky, i've never spoken to you! but i rode the above mentioned boat with the above mentioned motor you built. that is the best motor i have ever ridden to date... then i rode jason stoyer's boat at the lake the other day.... HOLY CRAP!!!! you are THE MAN chucky. i rode one of pat's boats a few years ago as well with another stroker of yours. simply incredible. :hail:

:banghead:

getting ready to drop in my new magoo/LPW motor:

82mm
165psi
2mm static advance
MSD-E
61x fly
single TLR 48

can I get away with just single cooling (split to either side of ex mani), or do I have to add a second dedicated cooling line????[/QUOTE]

This kind of info should be part of the the package. My builder always has very specific specs for cooling, jetting, pump/prop,etc. I'd call Paul.

Charles

same thing i was going to say.
