Is that an aluminum trailer? I might have just what you're looking for, almost threw it out last week!

It came off my Triton and I have zero use for it.

Are you sure that Karavan is aluminum. A have a double that looks exactly like that down to the Stickers and it’s galvanized not aluminum?

Does it really matter for the purpose of this thread? Great if it is but irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.

I only asked because I happened to have an aluminum winch stand that I wanted gone.

No it doesn't matter but I thought I would ask since I had a trailer that looked the same and I was just curious if Karavan made aluminum trailers. Sorry to offend anyone with a simple question.

Not offended, just curious how the question was relevant to the conversation but now I understand. :)

I actually believe you are correct about his being galvanized. I just checked the website and they state galvanized or powder coated.

Looking closer at the pics, particularly where the tongue slides into the frame, the material appears too thin to be aluminum.

They are actually really nice trailers. Mine was from the 90's and they are all bolt and clamp together if i remember so the galvanizing stays intact. After 20 years I sold mine without a spot of rust.
