Super Jet SJ Carb setting issue ?

Hey guys I need your expertise. I just got my motor built by Art with JetWorks. Having carb issues and trying to dial her in. the motor has had 15 gallons + through her and broke in via arts instructions . The video shows (1/4 throttle) (1/2 throttle) and wide open. Motor is pulsing ? (not me doing that) I think its too rich on the top end. The ski overall performance feels 75% out of 100%. Any ideas on carb settings low and high screws to start off. If its not carbs any other ideas?? Thanks for the help guys

Art would be your best help with tuning his motor and setup.

Sounds like it is hitting the rev limiter. What does it do in the water?

no load tuning nice. you cant tune an unloaded motor.
you have alot going on there #1 dry pipe very hard to make run good. very hard to dial in and stay dialed in. #2 760 cylinder even with porting its still a higher port timing then a 61x cylinder. (this makes the pipe even more pipey)
as for sounding funny on the trailer thats about normal when you free rev a 2stroke out of the water. im shocked it didnt runaway .at least you know its fat.
