Just a recreational rider here. Stopped using them myself and I like the ride better .
Only time I've ever seen a broken pole or ripped nose is from no limiting rope.None of my skis run limiting ropes. Never had an issue with over extending the pole.
Might not get you anywhere but I would be contacting Blowsion for sure.So I've installed 2 different Blowsion springs on my round nose with stock pole and neither have made the pole lighter. Like, not even close....it just drops. I have it installed correctly and am not sure what's up. I've read the strengths of the springs can vary a bit but dang. The one I put on my square nose a few years ago still has the pole floating. Any ideas what's up?

I dont know why but on my experience this is true. The rn springs half, like less then half the tension of an sn.
