SJ mechanics or ppl with experince

Hey everyone just wondering if anyone lived near porthope ontario or bancroft area that knows alot about SJs im a newb and i dont know anything. I want to change or add to my ski to make the bilge work better and not take in so much water when doing tricks. I talked to someone already gave me good info but he lives too far.

To get less water in your ski make sure it is not cracked or leaking and replace the hood seal.

Ther are a few guys in Oshawa that are knid of close. Ride with a crew and you'll learn a ton. I hang with a few in the greater GTA, all great guys that can help.

Ya i use to live in whitby. I dont have any buddies that are into this sport yet just old motocross friends use to have them but not anymore.
I need to take my ski to one of these guys just to explain poop to me i have no clue whats going on under the hood haha pure noob mechanically inclined

Start by pulling out the engine. They look overwhelming at first, but are really easy to work on. Everything you could ever want to know including step by step pictures can be found here: http://www.x-h2o.com/index.php?forums/tech-faq.26/

Go to harbor freight and buy a torque wrench, a metric ratchet socket set, and a set of wrenches.
