Feedback on Factory Pipe WaterLine Route with Ada Head. Do many of you run like this?

looks like the normal. you want the water coming out of the pisser to be 120-130*
tap your manifold for dual water in to cool both cylinders the same.

Common routing should work fine. Tapping the exhaust manifold for split line in won't evenly cool cylinders since the outflow restriction from head bypasses differ. Rear tends to run a little warmer from PTO.

thats a good point. so i guess you would want the input to be furthest away from the least restrictive flow output fitting.

I think I'll tap the exhaust manifold for dual to keep each cylinder even and use my stock bilge to feed from my mag pump and all should be good. I was getting overwhelmed looking how people water route their skis and I have always done the Fp method but I never had a head like this. Does one put out more pressure than the other on the head?

Yes they put pert near the same pressure with dual cooling. Question are you saying your going true dual cooling, two in from pump and using the bilge thru hull tube for your second line in from pump thru bulk head?

Yeah I was think about it. I don't really run too hard and the mountain water stays fairly cool here in montana. My riding is on a river with a bunch of Braap Braap Braap. So some say I don't need a true dual cooling but who knows lol my ski doesn't run hot and feels great. I never checked temp coming out of pissers before though.

I like dual cooling. One upside to having both input lines to your manifold is if one input line from pump gets plugged you still have cooling to your engine and pipe, one down side is if you get a plug it's a little more work to find it. My last ski had a parallel system like wanderer1 said and the ski I have now have two inputs from pump to manifold. I had no problems with either but my water routing was different than yours and only two outs to keep water pressure up edit: looks like yours is two out two, mistook stinger feed for an out overboard

I run my out line from the head to the lower fitting on the headpipe, then out the top. reason being, it fills the jacket from the bottom, this gives plenty of pressure for the spray holes inside the manifold to spray water into the exhaust. If you enter from the top, you can loose some pressure with it existing the bottom......

Ya mine is routed this way too, rear head fitting to lower head pipe fitting, top head pipe fitting to stinger with T over board, front head fitting over board, two inputs from pump to manifold

Thanks guys!!!! Well it looks like The way I run is Not a wrong way lol but diffrent from others and the same as a few lol. I do need to tap my maiifold eventually for a dual cooling and use my plugged tap on my mag pump through bilge but all in time. Than you for the insight and suggestions
