While your motor is out you should send it to have some work done, I gutted my rn hull last night and there was no dry foam in it what soever. I stood it up on the tail and there was about half of a gallon that just drained out and the foam still has water in it. UHH! Full carb reinforcement here I come. I would guess it's gonna be like what, 5000-600 to do it right.

I finished mine a month ago. I used the carbon from uscomposites. one sheet of 20 oz carbon some of the stress points I layed 11 oz on top. Carbon, epoxy, cups, sticks, 2 part foam w/ shipping was $275. Not bad in my opinion plus lots of extra. Also I have a 750 so my foam was not wet. But the foam I bought would be enough for an entire ski (2 part roughly $60 or $70). Its a great project. Make sure you get enough beer for build - you always run out.

yeah i found the blowsion panels and after talking to andrew at blowsion i think i am going to buy the kit they have

i bought this kit... works nice and is very easy comes with a small strip of carbon, a big strip of fiberglass and cabosil plus its all pre cut so you just get your epoxy ready and go to town.

i had some extra foam and glass lying around from after i finished my footholds and side reinforcement so i went ahead and reinforced under the handlepole bracket as well while everything was apart....

sounds great. i think i am going to do the sides and the bottom from the rear engine mounts back. and since i am converting it to the round nose hand pole so i will be reinforcing the handpole mounting area. once i get started i will post pics
