I found a set, they even come with a free t-shirt for you...

and even one for your friends....

Seriously though, they do make waterproof ear buds and ipod cases so you can rock your tunes while you ride. TKMWW in our group never rides without them and is always jamming in the surf.

Oh that was just mean :fingersx:

LOL, I know, I just couldn't resist. Sorry to the OP, it was meant in jest and not to offend. I just know that is the exact response a set of speakers is going to get from 99% of people you encounter when you ride.

Well really everybody should be listening to their surroundings and for other boaters/ peeps on the water. You should also be listening to your pwc, it could potentially save you a lot of money.

headphones would probably be the best but im sure you could run small speakers to the front kick pad or the hood, and the put your phone/receiver in an ebox-like waterproof box that you could mount somewhere in the tray or in the hull somewhere. ***Best solution to all is headphones, but where just one that way you can hear your tunes, and hear your buddies

I've never asked Tanner how loud he plays his but he always seems to hear us when we talk to him so it can't be too loud. Either that or he reads lips really well, lol.

Couple guys turned me on to riding with music a while back.

I've been riding with music for two years now in the surf and I absolutely love it. I too was skeptical at first about not being able to hear my ski well, but I quickly found a good balance and now rarely ride without my setup. I've actually called it quits early because my ipod died. Nothing like listening to your favorite pump up jam while working up the confidence to try a new trick or go bigger.

One of the best Jetski investments I've made: http://www.amazon.com/SILVER-WATERP...id=1384666648&sr=8-1&keywords=waterproof+ipod

Get yourself a 20 dollar pair of waterproof headphones with a short cord and you're good to go. I either keep the shuffle zip tied to the front of my helmet or on my life jacket zipper. I can switch songs, pause, and adjust volume on the fly with no problem. A couple of us also wear swim caps to help keep the earbuds from falling out when wearing a helmet.

I'm building a jet mate with a small pin 750 this winter and want to put a deck and speakers in it. Do you guys think stock 750 electronics and small agm battery will supply enough juice?
