Looking great, I need to build one of these rails with wheels for my van rather than a carpeted bunk! Do you know the size of the Ally U rail?

I always transport my ski in the van and just drain the ski before I load it, don’t have any water issues but I do have a tough vinyl floor laid down.

My plan is the same way I do my trailers (well opposite but the same concept) the rear will have a permanent length loop that will catch the ski when it rolls back and tightens up as more rear weight is applied (like a lasso) and the front I will use a bolt on retractable ratchet strap holding it backwards and down. I should have that done in the next few days.

They are “roll n go” stands. Where I cut them down I had extra wheels left over.

Well not a lot of progress today. I’m more just staring at it and taking measurements trying to guess what I need to do. I’ve ordered a factory zero cart that should be here Monday so I can figure out where it will go. I did install 2 e-track behind driver seat to hold gas cans and maybe the stands. The cans, stands, and cart are my main concern, all the rest will go in plastic totes on the floor when I get rubber mat. I also installed 2 tracks in the middle upward to maybe build a shelf unit for chairs and misc stuff.

Install a Security System to protect them expensive Skis...

It’s pretty close to complete. I need to carpet the top rails, find a place to put the cart leg and strap it, and find some rubber Matt for the front to set everything on. Took me 6 minutes to unload a ski onto the cart and put it back strapped down and cart put away. Extremely simple. I have a video of how to load and unload but it won’t work on Thai site so I’ll have to upload it somewhere else
