Skis in the house?

how is gearing set up on this way differant than stock from the load on engine ?
It is geared down a bit lower, you're definitely not going to see normal dirtbike speeds. I was riding next to my friend on an rmk800 and tapped out his speedo read about 50. Doesn't seem to put too much of a load on the engine tho. Not much worse than some hard track riding anyway..IMG_20161127_102306489.jpg

Just got my ac racing stand so she's coming in tmrw!! I have so many little parts to add. That's what happens when u r mechanically challenged. Grips and conical washers r a victory! Tough in 20* garage.

Started the friggin post and I'm still not inside! All new add ons are out and ready to go. Hopefully she will be on AC racing cart a top the coffee table this week. Lol

View attachment 325773 Since its been raining nonstop and it's super humid in my storage shed creating continued condensation with a new dasa engine I'm ocd about,
My ski got invited inside for now.
I had problems with humidity in my garage the first year I bought my house (garage is EPS building and sealed very well) that I ended up putting the dehumidifier from my house in it and just bought another for the house. Has worked well ever since. (EDIT, I just realized maybe your storage shed doesn't have power so this may not be an option for you)

Good point, someone also mentioned using a dehumidifier recently. I'm going to buy one and probably end up using it thru the winter and anytime there is traces of water in the hull.

Wish I could find the picture. Its buried 8-9 years deep on facebook somewhere but I rebuilt my SJ in my dorm room over winter. Mind you this was a space about 12 by 14 ft shared by 2 people. I had to give up nearly all my share of the space and started hanging all kinds of chit from and in the ceiling. The place smelled like fuel and it was a total wreck with parts stacked up everywhere. After a couple months the smell was so bad and parts everywhere I though my roommate might stab me in my sleep I ended up getting a rusted up minivan to finish the build in. In school all you have so much frickin time so figured it would be best to finish the ski there to be ready come May. Never again

Might have to do that @DAG. My build is on hold since I live 6 hours away from home and I don't have a break for 7 weeks or so. Never liked my roommate anyways.
