bed rack setup i made, my beach cart doubles as loading ramp with some pvc extensions that slide on..
one bunk is few inches higher to offset the rails for more clearance..
Very nice!
What are you ratchet straps hooked to?

nice but the issue I have is the "2 guys" I want to be able to go when my buddies manginas are leaking sometimes.
I have been using a $50 rope hoist for a couple years now. The block and tackle reduces a Superjet to a 50lb pull so even my wife can load our ski's at the end of a day of riding.
I reinforced my bulkhead and mounted a couple stainless eye bolts in line with each set of bunks. Takes a bit of time to lay it all out but it makes the situation more than maneagble for one person.
I'll dig for the thread with my setup and post it up when I can get to a PC.
...... and $50 on the rope hoist.
