A little hull dependent. Which hull?
For my Superfreak for reference on my ski A 38" was to long and a 32" Was perfect. Steering setup and bars give you plenty of play as well. I am not running OVP steering, just straight bars.

34" may work better for you as I am 5'10"

Yeah I would say a 32-34. Depends on steering. You could add 2-4" on steering depending on if you go ovp and what bars you use/ how you set them.

I use a 36.5" pole on a pretty short hull, so there's some personal preference in there as well.

Is this for the Green pole in earlier posts? would this be long enough for someone 5'10" with a stock superjet looking to update steering, pole, and bars?

Yes, the green one. I would say so. This pole was made for a someone who wanted to run it on their superjet. It will be shorter than stock, but that usually is what people are after.
