What size is your pump nozzle? I read where you said the steer nozzle was 84 mm.

Also what kind of pump shoe is that? I am getting ready to put a 750/800 pump into my X2.

The reduction nozzle is bored to 84mm. The pump shoe I ordered was from Sue at Jetski Unlimited, its the only alluminum pump shoe they carry for 800 SXR's. From looking at EME pics, is looks very similar.

The engine compartment is done!!!! Here are some pictures, plus some other things. The steering quick turn work real well, so I had it welded today, then I painted it.

No, the reduction nozzle is a stock kawasaki X-2 bored to 84mm, nothin else changed really. Steering nozzle is a pro-tec off a bun freestlye setup.

kinda curious as the reason behind that oneway going to the pipe? if their really that much water in their its going to backflush

its not a one way valve, its a filter. Filter keeps debrit out of the jet in the manifold.
