If u look at the image, just to the left of the farthest left yellow pushpin is 3 large trees on the shoreline, that is where we were 2 years ago.

Can someone bring a stock yamaha head gasket incase the o rings on my "new to me" head are bad... they look good, but i don't wanna be there and have my ski out of comission. So that way i can just throw my stock head back on and braap!! That would be appreciated!!! Or a extra set of o rings. I'd buy it from someone if i needed it! Thanks! 3 more days....

I just go off the phone with the Gillinator.

We apparently have special permission to park in a normally off limits area near the water.
We also have permission to launch there with beach carts.
We DO NOT have permission to back our trailers into the water to launch at the beach.
I hope everyone will abide by these conditions and not muk it up for the rest of us.

David Cook, the po po promises to be helpful all weekend as long as we help him. We can park on the grass at waters edge so long as vehicles don't touch dirt(the actual shoreline). We will have beach carts there and tons of help launching and loading ski's!!! If a vehicle or tracks are seen on the dirt the ride will be ended the minute he see's it. If we respect him again like we did 2 years ago-HE WILL RESPECT US!!!!

As far as the keg goes, keep it in the cabin and it won't be a problem either. David knows the plan of events for the weekend and said he will stay in his house Sat night. LOL He don't mind drinking on the down low after dark, IF he see's alcohal and watercraft at the same time we will ALL be thrown out on our azz!!!

In 2006, we lifted the skis off the trailer and onto beach carts and then tossed them in the water. Problem solved.

David was very congenial and very understanding of our good time.

I went back over there tonight to be sure I knew where the popo said was good. It is directly behind the water slide as u drive in. There is a new opening from the boat ramp to the park, so, now the ramp is 100yds from where we will be ----or---- we would only have to push a beach cart about 40'. Either way, water is still up decent and still very comfortable for NO dam wetsuits! YEAH!

Souns great! Yeah... the keg is def saying inside the cabin. Good thing is we put it in cups so no empty beer bottles/cans everywhere. I don't start drinkin til the ski is parked for the day. hopefully everyone is smart enough to do the same. Gil... you take care of the cabin for me? Oh yeah, got my head on... 185 lbs, yeah!!!

I got there at 6:30 and they closed at 5 today. argh
I will call em in the morning and give em my debit card # over the phone. If they won't take that, I can catch em Friday afternoon and give em cash, check, whatever they want. Congrats on the head.
