I can lift a lot of weight and burn...

Ever deadlift a double for 500 while on a 2,300 calorie a day diet? Weighing 170 lbs? Or even on 4,000 calories a day? Raw just chalk?

the gym aint fun. i hate every rep of every exercise. its a test of your mental and physical toughness and your tolerance for pain. it is kind of rewarding to step under a bar loaded with 500lbs and actually step out with it and do a rep or grab 600 lbs off the floor and lift it. lifting is just like anything else you would like to accomplish , like a flip. it feels good when you accomplish it. physical strength does equate into beating up the ski , instead of it beating you down........as much.

Some of you sound pretty ignorant when it comes to lifestyle choices and a person's ability to focus on progress. Your opinions are fine. But mine is that there are many roads to everyone's "holy grail"

few years back i was cleaning out repo'd houses for some extra cash. thats were i got my combo bench n weights n stuff. honest to god true story this house had a :):):):) load of weight lifting equipment and right next to it was a 6' bong. you need a buddy to light that bitch. haha. still have the equipment but gave the bong to a friend. lol. Maybe it was the governators house. Giving caleeefornia back to the people. LMAO

so..back to the conversation about subtance abuse..can we at least agree that the war on drugs isnt working,if anything it actually got worse with better, more available drugs everywhere..ie supply and demand ..your public demands them, the dealers supply.

I'm not even from your country or reside there and that pisses me off.stoner, drinker, weight lifter, mormon or any other group..surely you must agree this is ridiculous?

what ever happened to punishment fitting the crime ??

its the world we live in brotha. Check out my avatar, i live 10 mi from FLINT MI. Ever hear of that place? Litterally "Automation Alley" that used to be. General Motors ran my area and they up n left. You can buy a house for 1500 bucks thats a 100% livable, but the gangs/drug dealers run the neighborhoods, even the cops dont go in most places. Its a smaller town thats now way over populated compared to available jobs. We usually see 60+ homicides a year. 98% black on black crime. Drugs are terrible here.

kinda sad multiple people have been broke into on my rode. I have Rottweilers multiple guns. and i consistently shoot them. I havent had any issues (knock on wood) and have a 14k ski to protect amongst other assets. lol Not as bad as it sounds but just giving you an idea of where this world has been heading. Jobs are slowly going over seas more and more. Prices going up, but for some reason people can always afford drugs in some way. Somethings gotta give. All you well to do people in nice areas take it for granted. I dont have kids and i wouldnt even want to bring them in this greedy world we live in.

I've heard of Flint..just like i'm sure you've heard of "BC bud"...the greatest ganj there is..heck its even won awards..check my location..put 2 and 2 together,ie "kootenay bud" you'll realize i might know a thing or two about greenery, in my other life..as the saying goes ;-)

Violent crimes have decreased in Colorado since the legalization of weed, I voted yes for the law, you can't stop kids from trying stupid things in there highschool years and I would rather have my son gettn high and end up on the couch watchn South Park giggling with his friends than drinking, pot=tv and potato chips alcohol=fights, jail, lawyers and sometimes death.

Im also willing to bet I run circles around these gym guys that brag about being huge. I smoke weed everyday. I'm in better shape than 90 percent of peoe out there.

Ive worked out and been in shape my whole life. If you say you exercise and don't enjoy it. Your doing something wrong. Plain and simple.

Srill wanna hear what you his have to say about caffeine being totally cool to drink? That's :):):):) is poison. But you accept it? Childish. Sorry.
