Last year my buddy who doesn't ride came with who is a pretty good cook. We smoked ribs, pork loins and whatever else anyone threw on. We will be cooking lunch and dinner fri/sat if you want something let me know and I'll buy the meat just pay us cost or stop by and we'll smoke or grill what ever you want.

what kind of grill you bringing down?? im bringing this firepit i bought from home depot that came with an adjustble cooking grate.. ive smoked ribs and chicken on it so far and it turned out pretty good.. its gonna be charcoal/ soaked chips with this though.. no gas

yeah i used those when i did some ribs along with soaked apple and cherry wood chips.. came out pretty good

Thanks for all your hard work grilling for Everybody It was a big effort on you part dragging that ''big egg'' and all the meat to the beach but it sure was nice for me to sit in my lounge chair and eat SMOKED RIBS while enjoying a beer on the beach ! Dont foget to thank your COOK ''Demetri'' <sp for standing at the smoker all day in that hot sun he did a great job ! I hope you guys do it again next year ! Im in !
