Smooth turf for tray sides

I tried to search this out with no luck but what are companies like Rickter using for the smooth turf on the sides and front of the tray, is it just under padding glued down?

It’s not exactly underpading because it’s a finer cell structure. But softer then smooth hydro turf.

Its most likely just a different brand of smooth hydroturf. Its deffinately softer than the smooth hydroturf, but i have found the stuff Rickter uses to not be very durable. When it comes time to redo mine I will deffinately use smooth hudroturf.
