my first turf job and I'm not really artsy fartsy so didn't turn out anything near perfect but whatever probably going to a rickter next season.

why the cross over on the cyl. head?

Dual cooling to fp manifold. Rear head outlet to designated pisser due to it running hotter and gets a lot more stress than front cylinder. Front head outlet to bottom of b pipe head pipe top b pipe outlet to t one end going to stinger on pipe and other end going out second pisser

Why dont u run the rear line on the head to the bottom of the head pipe. And run the front line to a pisser that way there not crossing over the top of the head..:thinking:

I ran dual cooling, only i had 1 line to the motor and out to pisser and another dedicated to the pipe and out to pisser. that way if there is an issue, i know where to look.

The rear cylinder works much harder and runs hotter having its own pisser makes it run cooler.

got my order in from jet maniac ordered thurs arrived monday great service!
pro-x 84.5mm pistons
base gasket
ada o ring head set
steering cable
OEM crank seals
exhaust gasket
b pipe gasket
and a midshaft rebuild

everything is going together smoothly should be able to test ride this weekend. all last year the ski had a weird vibration at 0-20% throttle but midshaft bearing had play and one broken motor mount so hopefully that is all sorted out. also going to go with an impros hooker prop, just talking with jetmaniac to decide which one is best for this set up and my riding.

Took her out today. I live on lake Stevens so testing is a piece of cake ran awesome little fat on the bottom but ran 100% going to do a little tuning Saturday and Sunday.
