SN foam/foothold help

Just found some cracks in the tray of my 91 SJ. So looks like I will be doing my first de/re-foaming, also adding footholds and drain. Can someone help me out with some good threads? Thanks

Not to plug myself or anything but I'm in the middle of my build were I just did a refoam and reinforcement. You can find it in the build threads. I try to include most all the materials and steps I did. This is from previous experience and hours of reading through builds on here. Here are some I had saved for my reference as well. .
