Does anyone make a FreeStyle HOOD for a SN SJ?

Maybe one with rear breathers, and some hand holds, and lower? Or what are ppl using on their SNs?

Thanks
-Todd

i think blowsion makes one, but i would do the slutty hood mod. Make the holds and move breathers to the back. Theres a bunch of threads on it.

Yeah, I thought I would do drop in's. bad mistake. I should have cut out the holds prior to the slutty mod. I think I remember seeing a hood insert on blowsion, like yankeeboy said

ToddW, yeah Ill get some pics for you later today.

Superjet, I like this covers you got for the rear holes, do they help filter waterout like outterwears? Also Do you have any detailed pictures of your turf job (chin pad too!).

nice lookin SJ

Thanks Bomb! It was my first turf job, so any closer and you'll regret saying its a nice turf job,:biggrin: I'll snap some more pics for you if you want.

The vents are more for looks than anything. They do help keep a little more water out when the skis on its side, etc. but are mainly just there to cover those ugly holes. I got them at West Marine.

Here's what I did. Kinda "Old School", this was done around 1997 or 98. If I did it again I'd probably get a commercially available liner (think Blowsion and possible Wamiltons sell them).

Same thing in a Word document if that's easier.

Also, kinda ignore the warnings about how hard it is to bond stuff to the hood. I think the West System Epoxy resin bonds just fine. make sure you sand to give it some "tooth".
