This took me waaaay longer than I wanted, but I did it right and its bulletproof. Hand made hand hold cups inside, reinforced hood throughout(before liner install), breather holes glassed, etc.
PRIMO if I do say so myself!

This is a dumb Question.... Orangefinger, What are the holes in the bottom corner of the hood for? Seems like for drainage?

I like the lowered hood and have an extra SN hood, but not sure if I want to go through the work of chopping it. I don't think it will be too bad though. I hope to get a compressor for my Bday this year.

I think i know what one of my mods for this winter will be. i would do it during a weekend but my whole ski needs a some mods. Footholds, hood mods, new turf, a 701 instead of the 650 6m6. maybe i will do the hood first and just leave it white till i finish the ski
