SN superjet or Fx-1?

Fx1 may be a little harder to learn on but I wouldn't worry about it coming from a Mx background. I would take a fx1 hands down to a Sn!

Best to try and ride one of each first to be honest some love fx1s some hate them it's all personal preference and everyone's advice will be different.....same as asking about any am hull.

Then between the 2, I'd go for the FX1. I've had them all, and thought the SN got a little boring on flatwater. It's really stable, but feels heavy. Doesn't pop or jump as well. The fx1 is fun because it's a challenge, nimble, feels light.

In surf if go SN all the way, for stability. Good way to learn.

A RN is more balanced, like a blend of the SN and FX1

The square will plow through the chop better, but the FX-1 will be a lot more fun in the long run. They are lighter and easier to toss around for tricks. I've never rode a ski that was easier to nose stab than an FX-1.

The first Jet ski i ever rode was my cousins FX-1 a couple years ago. in canada had no clue about the sport.

anyways i took like 20 falls before i could turn around on. it was nuts hard. and i come from a moto and wake background. but got a concave ride plate for the fx-1 and not its way more stable. and rails chop much better.

I ended buying a new 13 superjet (witch felt like a boat compared to the fx) cause my cousin wont let go of his fx1 and none forsale here. but i still wish i had the fx1 tho. SOOO much fun
