While riding on lake traivs, jumping boat's wakes i came down too hard and Snapped the steering column. Here is a pic the the parts damaged. how easy is this to fix? what parts are needed, and what are the recommended upgrades?

Ive never seen any snap like that , however it has 15 years of wear on it so Im sure it can happen . A good used or new stock unit would be fine . UMI would be perfect if you want to add 10 Lbs to your ski ... they are heavy . I personally like the stock unit just for weight , simplicity, and no bearing maintenance ... but thats just my opinion
