Those CS cylinders are some of the worst castings Ive ever seen. They weep coolant out of the side of the cylinder. You have to run pipe dope on the headbolts and retorque them every ride. But they run GOOD.

in February 2008, i receive my first 995cc PSI Engine....(76mm x 91mm)
after open the crate, big surprise!!!!
The engine is very very bigger than the stock Polaris engine...
The crankcases manufactured by PSI are bigger than stock and greater in length..
the distance between pistons center are more 12mm length than stock Polaris..results, the cylinder are very very bigger...
It's not possible to put a PSI cylinder on stock cases Polaris
The crankshaft are manufactured by RAD...beautiful crank...
PSI reeds are similar than V force...

we have tested this engine with succes in Lenzi boat for Yvan Potanina in March 2009...
actually, Yvan ride with a 995cc PSI, 1085 cc and 1155cc PSI engine...
you can change the 995cc in 1155cc with 98mm pistons just with a new boring and re-plating..
(photos 1200cc engine with 98mm pistons)
I have a 995cc PSI engine in good condition for $4000 + shipping...

Guessing the RAD Crank is an older crank that has been rebuilt.

Nice work!
