take the head off and remove it. but since you started it, take the head off and clean out the little bits/ inspect for damage. better safe then sorry IMO
I would still pull the head and clean it up.
Correct me if im wrong, but if a piece of the soldier stuck to the head and started glowing from heat, couldn't it act like a diesel? The red hot solder would be like an uncontrollable spark plug....seems like that could lead to pre-ignition.
:bsflag:I did not really start it. I let it go for the night. When I got home from work and had calmed down from last night I noticed the the head was not bad to get off at all. Its out and it runs great (on the trailer). never did do the squish test though now that I think about it...
