Solas Mag Assembly Question

Currently assembling a Solas mag with OEM parts from a 2012 SJ. Is a small gap between the wear ring and pump common? Fitment is tight from the outside.

I have the same solas pump but with the solas stainless wear ring and mine is tight no gap, this is interesting maybe the stock wear ring has gap?

Good to know. Anyone else use a stock wear ring, or is everyone using the solas wear ring?

If the outside is tight it shouldnt be an issue, if you are concerned just through a bead if silicone around the ring and bolt it together should be good to go.

Not sure about the stainless sleeves but I have had that with other wear ring sleeves and was able to shift it over using a block to protect the edges and small taps with a hammer. The sleeve is usually just pressed in but you may want to double check for a screw or two holding it in place before you attempt to shift it.
