SOLD 701 61x SUPER CLEAN

What a dirt bag ...... Life lesson learned for alot of people who read this thread
When the motor you just paid 700 bucks for shows up literally rolling out of the box it was delivered in after the UPS guy bounced it off the asphalt, let me know if you sign for it.

I've been in logistics for over 10 years. When things show up like that, you never sign for it. Also, it's not my fault dingus decided to pay Ups to pack it up. Anyone with 15 minutes of their own time and a roll of tape can do it just fine.

If you paid UPS, then you should have filed a claim and gotten your money back. This thing showed up with all of 4 pieces of bubble wrap and the rest was a destroyed box. Get real dude. I'm not wasting my hard earned money on a what-if. I haven't had a single issue as a seller, ever, but it always seems like as a buyer I am constantly getting screwed over. I'm sorry you decided to pay Ups for more than just shipping. That's not my problem though. And if you hadn't let them ship it in a mini fridge box it probably would still be in my garage. Next time pack your own boxes and don't leave gas and oil filled lines installed or unplugged so they leak everywhere. Don't foist blame onto me because you were lazy.

And if you're gonna try to use me getting pissed off because you were telling me I'm getting 50% of my money back due to your weaponized autism, then go for it. But look who got their money back and who didn't.

You've got zero proof of anything you said besides a picture with a bottom of the box opened a little.. I've got proof the motor is completely fine. Which is why you changed the claim to item not recieved. That way you had a leg to stand on and you could manipulate the system PayPal has created.. Congrats guy. The last paragraph tells all these guys exactly the kind of person you are. Good luck in life treating people the way you treated me.

Also, how am I supposed to go after UPS? THE MOTOR WAS COMPLETELY FINE. Therefore there is nothing to go after them for. You screwed me. End of story. Karma is a bitch. It'll come back around and get ya.

Paypal changed that, not me. I can cap the email if you want, not like it matters, but I didn't change it.

Pack your own stuff next time pal

I had a motor show up damaged that the shipper had packed by a UPS store . I signed for it damaged, contacted shipper , and we cooperated on the claim. UPS came to my house, inspected the motor, I had documentation of costs of damaged parts (air box 62t,stator wires to ebox were cut) and when they surpassed the 1/2 the cost of what I paid, UPS cut me a check for full amount of what I paid. When the woman was leaving I asked her if she wanted me carry motor to her car, and she told me to just keep it. Turned into a win for the shipper, and a win win for me. Took about 60 days.

I would have loved to have been able to do that.. but in my case there was nothing wrong with the motor so there was no one I could go after accept the guy that returned a perfectly good motor and expected to get a full refund

Then sell the motor to someone else and pack it yourself and you won't be out the money because you're lazy. Excuse TF out of me for not wanting to run an engine I literally just watched bounce off the asphalt. Take some personal responsibility for your actions. It was either refuse it or accept and sign for it, mess around with you for 2 months trying to get my money back or reimbursed or whatever, when ultimately it's just not my MF problem that you chose to ship it like that. I could have fit almost 2 more engines in the box it was shipped in. I've sent over 20 motors (received probably the same amount) and this is the first time I've had real issues like this. The only difference with this situation and the others is you didn't pack your own stuff, and myself/everyone else DID pack their own boxes.

Sorry about your luck dude. Don't forget to let whoever is buying this know full disclosure the UPS guy dumped it on the ground before rolling it back into the box.

I like how this guy sturat is blaming the guy who sold it to him for all these issues and calls him autistic and even says in multiple posts "watched it bounce off the asphault" but WHO dropped the box they guy you bought it from or the guy who delivered it also did you give any specifics of how you wanted the motor packaged if not then that falls on you for how the motor showed up you took the easy way out by sending it back and and being a complete pencil case about the whole situation your the scum of the Earth and the reason why people can't trust honest people anymore go buy another motor and when it shows up undamaged send it back and get a refund cause why not seems like a good use of your time
