Answer any questions. With Lowered bracket. was just polished, has brand new bushings. Has an R&D steering plate and R&D straight bars with brand new ODI grips and UMI throttle lever. Steering plate bar clamp is missing two screws still holds tight with two. Will sell as a whole or separate obviously but prices for now are
