Hello everyone. I’ve had my sizzler installed for over a year now on my 91 650 square nose and absolutely love it. It definitely woke up that 650.
I purchased this used and in great condition but with no hardware. My question is, does anyone know what the bolt/rubber grommet that connects the pipe to manifold looks like? Right now I have improvised with a bolt and washers which works and it’s pretty sturdy for the most part but would like something a little better. Appreciate the help.

I couldn't get $600 for a older b-pipe I wish you luck I got nothing but low ballers but I'm happy I did because I ended up putting it in my 760 SN

It's the same as the Kawasaki 650SX part number 92160A shown in the diagram. It should still be available through Kawi. When I had a Sizzler I just used that from my old 650SX cheater pipe and it was fine.
