I just replaced it with one of my carbon chamber so I don’t need it anymore . Good shape and had xscream mod

This put an extra tube around the stinger . Not sure about the performance gain though
Pretty sure you have it backwards, the one I have has a smaller tube inserted into the 2” tube making the stinger smaller and also the water feed is tapped to install main jets for adjustable water flow like the PowerFactor
 
Factory B pipes come with an internal stinger around 47mm. Its so the average Joe doesn't melt his motor down with the typical 35cc domes and MSD.
Dry pipes come with 41mm stingers...many race pipes used 35mm. I think the PFP also has a 41mm stinger.

The x scream mod as well as others makes the stinger smaller. I think I measured one around 41mm and another one around 44mm.
