Some Mods for SXR

Just got stiched blowsion side mats for my SXR and was wondering what people use for adhesive to stick them on. Also just picked up a stock rideplate off of ebay for 20 bucks and figured I would D cut it down, everyone seems to agree that this makes a big difference.

Get the red can contact cement from home depot or lowes. I believe its made by 3m. That is what blowsion told me to use when I installed stitched pads years ago. Make sure you fit everything first. That sh** does not give you any room for error. May want to put a few coats on for better longevity. Blowsion also recommends superglue for the edges. They sell their own pad cement and super glue. I have had no problem with the HD stuff. Get the gel superglue, little more expensive but lays a nice bead.

Any thoughts on the stock rideplate for 20 bucks plus 15 shipping? Was it a good deal?

If you like it great. Will not be hard to get $20 plus SH back out of it as the weirdest things go for a lot of $ on ebay.
