Just made my reservations for Makai. They still had some 'side view' rooms left as did the Driftwood.

Got a ground floor oceanside room too, we might have one spot on the floor or room for one more cot, I know myself and my buddy are going, Grifnasty might be grabbin a spot if he comes down. Be also prepared for lots of brews and crazy antics, and maybe a 80lb Belgian Malinois that loves to play.

never hurts to have a back-up room that's nice :27giggitty):cool2: at the newer hotel (coral reef?)to the south of the makai. I plan to be down there for a week. So i am going to get a room there for a week. But i plan to pass out:sleeping: on a random chair somewhere then wonder to a nice bed.

I haven't decided anything yet. I may need a place to crash when i get there.

I'm almost sure I'll be there too, just not sure enough to book something now. It's the off season in FL, there will be PLENTY of rooms available in the area. Looks like I will be giving up my reservation at the Driftwood for 9 nites (unless something dramatic changes) prior to the event if anyone is interested, its in an efficiency room so you can do some cooking.
