lil update. ran the ski most of the season went from a 701 to a 830. still working on the low end power. (the 830 pretty much sux fo low end power)but man it pulls mid to top end. however the nose of the ski has seen better days and i busted the pole mount. so it all apart again. not sure if the 830 will make it back in. i have a few other motor packages i want to try. the next one is a pro-tec 771.

i fixed the pole mount with 2 layers of 17.oz mat on top and 4 on the bottom.finished reinforcing the nose on the inside. got my rrp pole bracket and it wont work with my pole. time to order a rrp pole. crap!!! another week no superjet.

got the 830 pretty much good now.pulled the novis off and went to the blackjack 44s. blackjack 44s work great!! now i have some low end. to be fair i also changed the reeds to a set of v-force2s and went to a limited chamber. so it maybe a combo of a few things. rrp pole is nice lot of $$ but nice. all i need is some waves and to grow a pair and flip this thing lol.
