@skysurfer2010 don't rule out the possibility of an X-2 either, they can be alot of fun and easier to ride than a B1

I think you just need to get what you want to ride, either a B1or a FX-1. I don't know why your friends should even get a choice or say in a free ride that you are paying for.

I have a RN, SN, HX, 96 XP, 01 XP and an 03' GTI. I love all of them for different reasons and it is nice to pick whatever one catches my eye in the morning.

My friends dont get a say! Haha that's why I'm probabaly going to get either an fx1 or a blaster because I want to ride it!

Fx-1 or a second round nose that's built differently than your '13. So many possibilities with the round nose hull, most versatile ski of all time! Can find hulls cheap and build one as budget allows

My understanding is the FX-1 is either a love it or hate it ski. Everyone I talked to hated them but the same people don't like 550's either. I never liked the 550 SX but loved the 650 SX so go figure.

So I've found a very nicely modded Fx1 for 3k but it shows it's age and I've found a showroom mint (seriously looks just uncrated) 96 blaster but bone stock for $2,500. Leaning towards the b1 now.

FX1 is going to be way more fun in the long run. The other two get boring after awhile. Get both.
