If I where you I would pull the sleeves (really easy) deck 2mm off the bottom of the cylinder then re-install the sleeves. assuming you have an ada head you could run the 37cc domes and machine them 2mm higher in the squish band, check your compression and if its too high send them off to Chucky to machine the domes for the compression your looking for.

removing the sleeves and replacing them is free
decking the cylinder is cheap
the machining of the domes would be the only real cost.

however I am an amature at best so I would check this with a reputable builder.

OK to the best of my mesurements here we go
cylinder ports are

39.6 tall measured on the outside of the case (bottom to top of port)
Couldnt measure them on the slleve due to pistons already installed.
36.10mm top of port on the sleeve to deck
48.5 wide on the outside of the cylinder
and to my surprise 81.mm bore to the best i could measure.

so now knowing these facts what is your input?

If the top of the exhaust port to the top of the cylinder measured 39.6mm you would have 61x exhaust port timing.

Since your exhaust port height is at 36.10mm you're about 1.5mm above 62T port timing which will give you about 34 to 35 degrees of blowdown time if your transfer port haven't been raised.

This cylinder has too much blowdown time for freestyle and milling the cylinder won't help.

i'm gonna run it just to feel. then probbbly swap out for a regular 61x cylinder. i may try my hand at porting. is there a template i could get domewhere to guide me in this journey? also if it is 71mm bore can i just drop it on my current pistons and rings?
