speedwerx racing pipe

i just bought a speedwerx racing pipe on my sxi pro, i was wondering how to install it, i didn t even know you could plug so many hose on this.
pictures please...
thanks

That pipe isn't easy to install for beginners. Plus you really need a good engine behind it for the power to be efficient. Not the best low end pipe either. Run a water injection too. I highly recommend running 110 race fuel too.

You are going to need some hoses to wrap the exhaust around the fuel tank towards the back.

I've heard the same thing. This pipe does not need water injection. I love this pipe but I am a B pipe convert now so I don't know what I'm gonnna do with it. It rips hard though just not as hard as a B on the bottom.

Mandatory sea strainer on this pipe and a double coupler really works well.

yeah its a 750 sxi pro...
what i mean is that the stock pipe goes to the rear into the water box.. with the speedwerx the pipe end near the tank gas, i need to know how it get out.

I am just kidding but I really never wrench a Kaw.

I am an YAMAHA only guy....I just perceived that people post pics of YAM setups.

I personally have 3 Speedwerx for YAM... it rips.

You either have to have a 180 degree "U" shaped diverter or remove the foam up front, us a flexible Hose, wrap around the nose, come back down the carb side, find an inline silencer then out the rear exhaust outlet.

Flex hose works perfect to go around the front of the fuel tank and then I used a straight silencer with a water fitting so you can play with the back pressure.

Send a PM to a guy named Xjetrider, he works for speedwerx (located here in Forest Lake, MN) I have ridden with him before, great guy and will most likely be able to help you out.

The speedwerx is a little more involved than most. If you don't have the supplied v shaped aluminum tube to go around the gas tank/nose, you can use a 2" flexible radiator hose. You will need to remove your motor mount bolts and slide the motor frontwards. Do this for two reasons... to remove your stock waterbox, and also to be able to fit the chamber into place. Upgrade your cooling to 1/2" by replacing your pump and ex amnifold fittings. You can use your stock carbs, but you will have to play around with the jettin a bit. This pipe was ment to be used with serious engine mods. Hope this helps!

That is what water injection fixes
