You can make that throttle cable work maybe with an x2 up pull bracket that bolts to the diaphragm cover. but it sounds like your binding up somewhere with the cable and turning the wheel is stretching the cable.

Just put the box back in. Much worse.
Would not get on plane. Rpmso stayed at 5100. Two people on it.

Turn screws in? I did a little withelp no luck. The left turn was better.
Fees like it isn't getting enough air now haha

Not sure on the reeds. I rebuilt the carb this spring.
The plugs look a little dark but dry. They are used though.
When I first take off it is fine to 4100 then it is slow and stops pulling to 5100.
When we first took off right after putting the box on it did the best.
We went out of the cove and was turning 5400,5500 rpms. Stopped and came back. It was a little harder to get on plane but did. Stopped again and it wouldn't do it.

Set the high back to where it was and increased the low a 1/8 out. Going to test alone.

Well here is a symptom.
Went and took off. Ran like a top.

Longer it ran the worse it got.

Same as before.

Success!
Turned both screws in to 1/2 turn each to start over.
Damn if the thing ran good. Just need to fine tune a bit and see if I can adjust the throttle cable. Still has the rpms loss to the left and rpm gain to the right.

I will miss having to choke my chicken. Maybe I will get good head instead lol

Gave up on the throttle cable. It does nothing when you turn the steering wheel.
May try the 70 gram spring to see of that will make the difference.
