Looks good Evan, Water is comfortable (with suit on). If it was a little warmer air temp might of even rode with a shorty.

Well she is 100% done! Finished her up tonight and I am happy with the way it turned out. Going out for the first ride tomorrow!

Put in the water the other day and the prop is to big for the wear ring. We knew it was going to be close but not that bad. So we took the pump apart and worked the prop in with a little sanding and grinding. Spins good now and the gap is still so so close. Take 2 should be tomorrow if I have time.

Yes my drive train issue was a head gasket, while the hole time i was fitting electronics. The ride plate screws pulled through 5 of 10 holes on the plate itself.
EME was aware of the problem and say it is a bad batch of ride plates. They made me a new one a shipped it today.

So yeah, a little update....
I bought a 865 towards the end of last year and ran my Coffman exhaust off it still using the stock 144 pump.
Well this year i did a little upgrading... PFP and a H20 Designs 148 setback with a 9/15 prop.
Received the pump and the exhaust this week!
