You could sell the 650 short block on ebay for $250 or $300. I got $300 for mine after I put a 701 in my squarenose.

I bought a sn hull with an aftermarket pole intake grate and ride plate for 300 bucks minus the motor. If you can find a hull that is complete minus the motor for 2-300 you would have a lot less invested even after its shipped
