reinforcement and lines installation...

i keep the original exhaust pipe (dia 50mm and lowered caused by the flat deck), i install a PWCDOCTOR scupper valve type and a trim line
the exhaust rear plate don't need any mod... just twist...

THE FLOOR

between two layers of epoxy fiber i insert two klegecel sheet (8mm thick)...
thanks to this i could adjust the floor height to match the external reinforcement and footstrap support
(you ll understand in the following post)

Looks great, that reinforcement for the tray looks indestructible. I have wondered when some of these flat deck builds would start to crack after the walls tray walls had been removed, glad you addressed the issue.

yeah... i love the "madmax look"

i m afraid to crack the hull... i have to screw them through the hull and then it will never move i think... euh i hope...
the mid part will be screwed alone to the pump area... i could remove it when i want,to replace strap or changing the position or any new strap system... without drill the hull (alu plate 8mm thick)

1- flat deck
2-snowscoot look

third way is the nose...

the squarenose face is very awfull (side too)... so without using the rickroy way, i wanted to keep a lip(small i know) and give a form which is not popular...
i had to lowered from 1" or 2" the end of the nose... to fit the hood shape... and reach a more balanced design !

you can see that i tried to do something a long time ago... but i don't like it !

i found this way... what do you think about it ?

the fish eye lens lightly modify the real shape... but i think with the painting it will be great !!!
