I would hardly call that flatwater

I agree, you cant call a v-wake flatwater.Because that is a big wave with a BIG lip on it,so i throws you in the back flip rotation kinda. There is alot more to a back flip then just goin out there with alot of power and pullin it.You have to know set up wakes and have perfect timin. Also you dont want to get to much power on your boat unless you are comfortable with it.Thats the mistake many make is over powering there boat way past there skill level and not bein able to do anything because its to much power for them to handle.

just my 2 cents

you shouldn't need a wake with a superjet. the thing is so heavy when you sink the pump it's a foot under water with the nose at a 45 degree angle. that's your "wake".

I'm not raggin' on superjets, I'm saying that they're heavy enough to where you can sink the tray with the nose at 45, hit the lever, and if the thing can make enough power it will do it. the 550's are too light and bouyant to even begin to try something like that. I ride a '93 superjet.
where the hell are you coming off with that ripped up response anyway, bro? I've never said a single cross word to you. not to mention that fact that if you're actually admonishing anything charlie says, you'd better have whole bucket full of rock salt to eat with that crap. and that's an understatement.

sorry charlie.

I think in that case I would go with the 845 cc Group K...I have a ported 760 in my Backup SN and I dont see myself doing anything close to a backflip..

On the TEAM SCREAM 771 I will post pics/specs as soon as I get the ski back from painter....

i have a carbonfiber rideplate flush with the back will a v-cut or d-cut be beter

i run a d-cut,but i heard v-cut is better on trim set ups.

So you arent gonna learn to roll or anything first? You are just goin straight for the back flip?

Like steve said, you could just go for the big chunk of billet 1200 and the boat could deffintaly do it then.
