Hello, This is my project to build MAXX HULL with injected motor.

a picture is worth a thousand words...

Here we start crankcase and +5mm to put case. Its need little machining.

Throttle body is Arctic Cat snowmobile. Still it has to modify the distance.

I try pro-tec pipe but its nonono. Too massive too big. Midsaft have to shorten.

V3 waterbox is too big...so i modified. i put v3 pipe its better fitment.

Wideband lamda to obtain a 13 to 14 AFR it's pretty good. Throttle response is really good. Ecu is Atecu and tuned only laptop.

I put the video when I learned to drive properly...

Are you using a MAF for tuning or is it all RPM/TPS?

Also.. I assume you are doing Total Loss so you are not trying to overcome the draw of a fuel pump. Is this correct? What type of run-time do you expect?

6/14 prop.maxx 155pump. Now is tps (use alphaN) fuel map and ignition. This is 2battery system, one for starter and one to ecu and fuelpump. Ecu battery flywheel charging.
I dont no time yet...

Now i have to made airbox to throttle body. Now bodys is too low and water tease.

Today i drive 8litres and works very good. But impeller is too low pitch i think...it feels like drive a car 3th gear all time.
6/14 impros. This set need more torque i think 1200 is better....

Damn....engine eat gas and epoxy. I dont now is this jb or not.

And If use mill to case dont take too much...i drive 1h about when i hox what a licorice its Lean...
