Stand up in truck bed

Hello, this is my first post here so I apologize if I’m in the wrong place.

I’m curious if anyone has a full size pickup with a 6.5ft bed and can put their sn Superjet or 750sx / sxi in at an angle and still close the tailgate? I had a 2016 tundra doublecab with the 6.5ft bed and I know my old js440 fit in at an angle and I was able to close the tail gate. I’m wanting to buy another standup before this summer for around 3-3.5k. I’d prefer a sn superjet but my area seems to have a lot more 750sx/sxi’s for sale. I need to keep my tailgate closed because when I tow my travel trailer, the electric tongue jack would be in the way with the gate down.

I've done it. I have a 6.5 F150 and it works fine. I don't think a 750sx would fit, but I haven't tried. The superjet is tight, but does fit.

I don't know about Toyotas, but Fords have the ability to remove the tailgate cable and attach it to the latch bolt. I do this when I need to keep the tailgate from hitting a trailer jack. I can fit two skis in like this. The rocker on the front of the hull clears the tailgate. The second picture may be an option if you can't clip to the latch bolt.

I've done it. I have a 6.5 F150 and it works fine. I don't think a 750sx would fit, but I haven't tried. The superjet is tight, but does fit.

I have a 2009 Tundra double cab with the 6'5 box that I had to keep a RN SuperJet in for a couple of weeks. It fits in on an angle with no problem

I've got a 14 Tundra with 6.5' bed. Fits the squarenose angled in the bed just barely.

SIlverado here. same bed style. Barely barely fits. Easier to wratchet strap and leave gate open though.
