and if i dont have the mechanical ability. do you think it is possible to find someone who can help me out but wont cost a alot

I don't know about your area but I would sy it would cost about $200 to have some backyard mechanic swap the motor over. Friends can help a lot in these situations, if you have any friends that work on cars or someone in a bodyshop. If you can change your own flat tire and oil on the side of the road then you should be able to do it. It isn't engine building it is just taking the complete package out and putting it in a new ski.
