Has anyone replaced the pins inside of the start/stop harness connector? if so where did you buy them?

Replace the entire connector with a water tight one. You can get weather packs from McMaster Carr.

If you need to replace the round electrical contact pins inside the switch I would contact John at JSS.

You will also need a special pin extraction tool and interlocking crimp tool for the terminals.
