Yeah, I've bought those before. From that company, even.
They are not new. They are rebuilt, and not with good parts. They are utter .

JSS sells a rebuild kit for the OEM starters. It replaces the front bearing, bushing and seal for $30.
I've only had one OEM starter fail due to brushes, the rest have been the front bushing or positive stud corroded off.

There are a ton of $50 "Mitsuba" starters on ebay. Not sure if they are a Chinese knockoff or a different/cheaper model of Mitsuba?

Just says 'replaces' mitsuba, etc. , probably diliberately misleading

The positive hookup nuts and washers are obviously not mitsuba as is the black ring on the front of the nose. The shiny paint and other hardware different as well. 1 year warranty also which doesnt exist on oem.

I know it doesn't directly say that it is indeed a Mitsuba, but it's being deliberately extremely misleading to dupe people into thinking it's a Mitsuba starter.
