I see it differ a little usually, but not enough to be concerned about. How much different is it to what is supposed to be? If it's a lot, you may have some switch settings to play with.
Then why do we sweat using a timing to confirm static timing?? Seems like a wasted step to me. I've always set static and the dynamic has been where it was set statically.
